TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Sales Tax on Food and Beverage will be applicable as per Government regulations.
  Any changes in taxes levied by the Central or State Government, will apply from the date such taxes are in force.
• 10% State Government Luxury Tax on room charge is applicable.
   
• 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) on Buffet Breakfast at the Coffee Shop as per tariff.
   
• Any increase in government levies will be extra.
   
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
   
• No charge for children under 12 occupying the same room without an extra bed. A crib can be provided on request.
   
• Check out time is 12 noon.
   

RESERVATION POLICIES

• Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 0700 are held from the previous evening and are billed for from the previous evening itself.
   
• In the absence of flight arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guarantee up to 1800 hours only. However, a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
   
• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival, without any retention charge being applicable.
   
• Our check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-outs may be extended up to 1500 hours, but are available only on request and subject to availability.
   
• Payment shall be direct by either Cash or Credit card or Travelers Cheques. In case credit is to be extended, please do note that all our bills are payable on presentation. Credit cards accepted : American Express, Masters, Visa, Diners and other major credit cards.
